| thinking this morning about the absolute life giving qualities of water and how we are made of much of it. we too are a unique combination of light and matter. as we heal…water heals and as water heals…we heal. it all goes hand in hand. i have been bathing with my window open and there is nothing more refreshing than feeling the ice cold air whilst submerged in a hot hot bath. until i am able to permanently bathe outside, this is a nice solution. i get the sense we are actually meant to bathe outdoors. |
